Dermody Consulting has established
processes in place that assess leadership competencies. Human Resource Managers are
invited to use Dermody Consulting to conduct a pre-appointment appraisal of their
preferred candidate(s) for an executive position. The depth of this appraisal would be
negotiated between all parties but suffice to say that access to a comprehensive
information bank on the applicant provides prospective employers with a more qualitative
information base upon which to make a firm offer.
