Damon Dermody is an original Associate of Dermody Consulting but is currently unavailable for Australian projects due to his present role as Director Excellence with Serco Consulting in London. Requests for his services should be directed through that company. 

Formerly a Regular Army Officer in the Australian Army, Damon is now a business consultant specialising in corporate strategy. 

After graduating from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, Damon gained ‘coal face’ management leadership experience firsthand through a variety of army postings within Australia and overseas. 

Since retiring from the Army and completing his MBA in 1999, he has worked as a consultant at major national and multi-national companies within Australia and overseas. Some of these achievements have included: 

• delivering report to Fortune 100 Global IT services company on market entry strategy for strategic business unit considering the pursuit of a AUD $800 M strategic sourcing market

• evaluation of corporate finance options in relation to AUD $ 100 M project

• development of strategic planning model for health services company launching operations in NSW
